1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, "lajuwin", "we", "platform" or "company" refers to the operator of the website lajuwin.onl, which operates under international licensing. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers or uses lajuwin services. "Platform" covers the website, mobile applications and any digital interface provided by lajuwin.

"Bet" refers to any gaming activity involving real money on this platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and Teen Patti. "Bonus funds" are credits granted through promotions and are subject to the specified wagering requirements. "Real funds" are money deposited by the user using an approved payment method.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the lajuwin platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• An individual acting on their own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• Not included in any self-exclusion list or any currently active betting limit programme.
• Has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the user's country of origin.
• Fully responsible for understanding the laws in force regarding online gambling in the area where the user is located.

lajuwin reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility. Users who do not meet the above requirements will have their access terminated immediately.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses or payment methods, constitute a serious violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. lajuwin may request supporting documents such as a copy of the MyKad or other identification documents to verify the user's identity.

Lending, transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Responsibility for login security rests entirely with the account holder.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. lajuwin accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposited funds must come from a valid account in the user's own name. lajuwin does not accept funds from third parties. Any attempt to deposit funds using another party's credit card, a bank account not belonging to the user, or any unapproved method may result in those funds being forfeited and the account being frozen.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100. Standard processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes from the time the request is submitted, subject to any security checks that may be required.

Withdrawals can only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is to comply with financial control policies and prevent misuse. Users must complete the identity verification process in full before their first withdrawal request is processed.

• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• lajuwin reserves the right to delay withdrawals until security checks have been completed.
• Withdrawals involving suspicious amounts will be reviewed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• lajuwin does not charge any fees for standard withdrawal processing.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lajuwin offers a 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 on a new member's first deposit, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your account balance becomes RM200 and you need to place bets totalling RM2,500 (RM100 × 25) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM3,200, a maximum bonus of RM1,500 is given, the account balance is RM4,700 and the wagering requirement is RM37,500 (RM1,500 × 25).

Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. lajuwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotion abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.

The lajuwin VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on the tier. Tier upgrades are based on the user's betting activity over time.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed through the lajuwin platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that bets submitted are correct before confirmation is made.

For sports betting, lajuwin reserves the right to void bets if a technical error occurs, if odds are incorrect due to a system error, or if a sporting event is cancelled or postponed beyond the set time limit. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

The use of any assistance software, automated bots, result manipulation mechanisms, or strategies deemed fraudulent by lajuwin is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action against the account concerned.

8. User Conduct

lajuwin users are required to be courteous and respectful toward all other platform members and customer support staff. Any behaviour that threatens, insults, or abuses the platform's communication systems is not acceptable.

• Sharing login credentials or allowing another individual to use your account is prohibited.
• Using an account for money laundering or any other illegal activity is prohibited.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or any harmful content through the platform is prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the lajuwin system for unauthorised gain is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate suspension, and we reserve the right to take legal action where necessary.

9. Data Security and Privacy

lajuwin is committed to protecting users' personal information using industry-standard encryption technology. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

lajuwin will not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

10. Liability Limits

The lajuwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. lajuwin is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through use of the platform.

lajuwin bears no liability for indirect losses, loss of income, data loss, or any unforeseen losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Users are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. Bets involving financial risk are entirely the user's responsibility and not that of lajuwin.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

lajuwin reserves the right to freeze or close a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The user has violated any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Information provided during registration is false or inaccurate.
• There is fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The account is being used by an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• There are inconsistent or suspicious betting patterns that deviate from normal usage.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. In the case of voluntary closure, any real fund balance not subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the original payment method.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to lajuwin's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

lajuwin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after an amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
